Peaceful mind - Garden to happiness


"Peace of mind is key to happiness" this is a well known quote everybody might have heard about and everybody wants happiness in their life.I haven't met anyone who had said that i don't want happiness and this is a fact that everybody wants loves to see their life happy and prosperous.But the question arises how can we get happiness and where can i find happiness?

Relying on evanescent sources of happiness

People across the globe have different perspective regarding happiness but the very common among them is relying on false beliefs and this practice is almost experienced by each and every individual in his/her life and are still going on and will keep on going.One cigarette, one peg of whisky, one night at the club – that is how it begins and gradually you are pulled deeper into these vices until your body can take no more. 
Your lungs, liver and kidneys become overburdened with removing the toxins you keep putting inside your body in the search for happiness! As a result, you become anxious, exhausted and tired. 
Happiness is not in a cigarette, whisky bottle or something at the club, it is inside your mind. All you have to do is discover it. 


Finding Happiness
I am sure about finding of people for happiness,they may have tried ways to find a direct path towards happiness but could not get through it.One of the way of attaining pure happiness and calmness of mind is by meditation.
Let's go through the process of meditation step by step:
• Just sit down in a calm room for a few minutes, take a few deep abdominal breathes and feel the air circulating through your nose to the lungs and back out through the nose. 
• Imagine, as you inhale, the positive energy of the universe is entering through the crown of your head, and as you exhale, the negative energies are leaving through the soles of your feet. 
• Do this for 10-15 minutes every day, and feel the sensations in your mind – that is true happiness. Gradually, increases these sessions as long as you want. 

When you and your mind will be in calm condition then you can take much better decisions in your life and can enjoy your life because you have find happiness within yourself.
